Arthur Robinson, Jr. interviews
We’re powerfully equipped to be able to help the client immediately. To get the file from the insurance company so that we can get it to one of our two nurses to evaluate what the medical situation is. What are the restrictions? What’s the limitations? What kind of side effects are there to the medications? And we want to keep the insured in the loop so they understand we’re going to do a medical review, we’re going to do an occupational review, we’re going to look at the vocational demands– physical and mental. And we’re going to look at your carrier long and hard to determine whether they’re picking on people with fibromyalgia or they’ve decided that they’re not paying any mental nervous claims in the southeast. We’re looking at the carrier, we’re looking at the condition, we’re looking at your care and treatment. And how can we help make you better? Are we ready to get involved to file a lawsuit? Can we help you get some better medical care and treatment? Or can we do a proper appeal to get going? It doesn’t matter to us whether it’s a $50 claim, because $50 is important. Or whether it’s $1 million a month claim for a professional athlete that plays in the NFL. It’s always about representing good, honest, legitimately disabled people. And it’s what makes us different here at Darras Law– we do the right thing for the right people in order to get the benefits they deserve.
