We’re looking at the carrier, we’re looking at the condition, we’re looking at your care and treatment. And how can we help make you better? Are we ready to get involved to file a lawsuit? Can we help you get some better medical care and treatment? Or can we do a proper appeal to get going? It doesn’t matter to us whether it’s a $50 claim, because $50 is important.
